I just purchased the software and I have yet to receive anything
I have NHS and Pinger and just added Indexer to the list

Its 2015 and I am used to purchases being instant... is this not the case with NHS software distribution?

As you have NHSEO and NHP you should know that usually it is instant. Due to the hosting issues I have had with the current host I have had to temporarily move servers while they get it sorted.

In future please just email support if you have a question, you do not need to post questions in every support avenue as it just creates more work.

Payment disputes are also never necessary unless there is a dispute, a dispute tells the payment processor that you are having a problem in dealing with the vendor and as such can be very damaging to the reputation of a seller.
