I would really like to configure No Hands Pinger to take the Proxies NHS harvests.

Generally proxies aren't a requirement for pinging and using public proxies would just result in lots of failed pings. A failed ping could result in your link not getting noticed so using publics for something like that would be a really bad idea. You would be better off not using proxies than using unreliable public proxies.
