Hi there, cannot update to latest version. When click update software not start. I have try to download latest version from support area and run it separately - same problem.

Like always best support. All done and now all working.

I have try to uninstall tool, and than install again - not helped me.

This error exactly from latest version. You can check yourselft. Just click test botton.
