Hi, Thanks for the reply. The installer says that everything is ok and the program is updated, but when prompted to start the program, it opens and iti is aold version. I did restart the computer, but no help. Again, the installer runs smoothly and I have the message that the program has been update...

When I try to update to V2.17.10.0 through the software, it goes to the proccess, but at the end, I still have the older version,and still got the active button to update the software.

Any help with this, please?
