No Hands SEO

Hey everyone, I have a handful of sites in my NHSEO install that are working great, getting backlinks, etc but I also have a handful of specific page projects I set up that have yet to be even touched by NHSEO. Does anyone have any ideas of what I am doing incorrectly? I'm not sure if it's a setting...
