No Hands SEO

I am sure this sounds ignorant to most of you smart guys, but i have to ask.. I initially installation on an old laptop, I have a newer laptop that I also installed on.. I need to combine the profiles on a new standalone box.. can't figure out how to move the profiles.. can someone enlighten me plea...
