No Hands SEO

I tried following that tutorial but not working... no working proxy filter... that is issue with PG

If you use the proxy from Proxy Goblin, I need to activate option "Use Proxy Harvester" ?

To me it remains locked and can not see any results...

I can not connect No Hands Seo with Proxy Goblin, I searched on this forum but I not found nothing explained more clearly.
If I use Proxy Goblin longer need to use option "Proxy Harvester" on the proxy section? I do not understand very well this section
