No Hands SEO

Is there a setting or command-line parameter I can use which makes No Hands start processing as soon as it's opened?

I've just installed Captcha Sniper after running No Hands for several weeks.

How do I get No Hands to go back and try to repost comments to all the blogs that it skipped before because they had CAPTCHAs on them?

I've found this long list of blog commenting footprints that I could add to the No Hands list in settings. 1) What would be the impact of adding these? 2) Is your existing list finely tuned already? 3) Just because I can tell No Hands SEO how to find these, doesn't necessarily mean No Hands SEO know...
