Is NHSEO still legit?

I'm trying to use it to rank https://www.home-expert.hk/

I used no hand seo for 2 of my websites
https://ssprohk.com
and
https://kiwi-search.com

The later one seems not working...can't rank high. why?

when i reopen it, it shows error message. it said that it can not be logged in

I used NHSEO to build backlinks. But I got banned by yahoo Hong Kong afterwards. What is the cause? And could it be solved?

NHSEO is so good for building backlinks.
But i found out that my site is banned by Hong Kong yahoo. Why?
Could anyone suggest how could i solve it?
