Hi there, after I totally remove NHS with revo program and restart my computer one time and then re-install it now I can use the newest version.

Yes, I load the newest version as show in the screenshot above but I got an error msg.
My AV is Kaspersky, using Windows 8.1

Now, I'm trying to remove NHS with revo uninstaller program and restarting then re install it.

I already follow the guild in the thread, my internet option http://puu.sh/hU3nj/0c50802aa3.png also I've try to disable my antivirus before re open the program still face the problem. still can't use it, before updating I've not face this problem before but after an update I can't use NHS anymore.
