No Hands SEO

I have the trial version and have paid for the subsciption how do I transfer. I have 6 days left on trial. The trial version kept giving me a error of unable to verify your trial version.

I have been having issues with no hands proxies for a couple weeks now, I have unistalled and reinstalled still no good. I've notice NHSEO has been giving this message for the last 4 days: Searching has been stopped due to number of searching proxies dropping below the minimum amount set.

Any help would be appreciated.

Can someone explain the bookmarks page and possibly give an example.

NH pingeris not reponding, I have updated pinger. I have tried deleting the Inport files over 300k of them. it ran for over 7 hours and stopped at 124k files.
