No Hands SEO has just released its most recent update v1.6.16. The bug fixes and added features are listed below:
- Added: Text Rewriter available via right-click menu on all input boxes that support spintax
- Added: Edit anchor text option added to right-click menu of pages list in the Profile Handler
- Improved: Load times on slower machines with larger profiles dramatically improved
- Fixed: Add Multiple Pages to Single Profile anchor text not saving bug
No Hands SEO has been massively updated since V1.5.3 and if you are updating from this version or below, you will need to goto the No Hands SEO Members Area to download the installer. Do not worry this will not lose you any of your settings or profiles. As the tool has been changed so much I have written two guides for updating to v1.6 and keeping your settings below:

How it working? Its parse SE for blog?
Yes it grabs target URLs from search engine based on the search keywords that you enter and posts using the anchor text and addresses you feed it. You can add your own comments if you want to but it is not needed.
Most things are good to go by default but most things are optionally configurable if you wish to tinker with it.
